Word emphasis

I thought the lists of pages on the Main Page were starting to look like a wall of text so I used italics to emphasize the key words of each listing. Another possibility is underlining the words, but I thought that looked a little heavy. I think this makes it easier to read. What do you think? Rob 14:05, 18 May 2009 (MST)

Hey guys... Kurt wanted me to try out one of the other logos... I think we're going to switch it back though... what do you guys think. It was just to try and see what it looked like!

I like it with the airplane. I also like the church tower, but I do have pictures of both AerE here and at ISU.

I put the airplane as the arrow, combining Rob and Joanna's idea...what do you think?

also, instead of the church tower, we could use the AE building as the backround, maybe combined with Howe; yes, no?...does anyone have a picture of the AE building here in Delft?

I thought about it, but the aero building isn't very interesting, and there's only so much room for cramming a big blue box into that little logo anyway, so I picked the church because it's skinny and interestingish. If you can get it to look good with the aero building tho, that would be cool.

I don't know if we can use the mascots, we'd have to ask permission for that... I really like both logos though. And Joanna, I like your idea of changing the arrow to a plane in Rob's design! Do we want to do this?

What are you thinking about the front page? How do you think it should be organized? Feel free to mess around with it if you're brave enough (I just copied the code from the wikipedia front page, I think I've figured out about half of what it means).
